Council has been in constant communication with all organisations involved in the impending road closures on Broad Street Green.
The seven week road closure is an essential project which will reinforce 265 metres of ageing gas mains. The utility company is responsible for the works.

Heybridge Parish Council and Maldon District Council are not.

Cadent engineers are reinforcing 235 metres of gas pipes in Broad Street Green.

Wednesday 19 August for approx. seven weeks.

Full road closure will be in place and diversion routes will be in operation. Please do leave additional time for journeys.
