Staff Update.
Heybridge Parish Council is a government body consisting of twelve elected members supported by a team of three officers. This team has been led for the past eight years by the ‘Clerk to Council’ Amanda Hilton who through continuous professional development {CPD} has been awarded the qualifications of CILCA and PSLCC
Effective immediately, Amanda Hilton will have the additional title of ‘Principal Officer’ which reflects her position as head of the team and success gained through CPD.
Amanda retains the legal role ‘Clerk to Council’ along with her responsibility for ensuring fiscal responsibility and proper governance of Heybridge Parish Council.
